OAVS Recruitment 2023: Odisha Adarsha Vidyalaya Sangathan (OAVS) under School and Mass Education Department has published detailed modalities for inviting applications for the posts of Principal and Teachers in Odisha Adarsha Vidyalayas in the state.
The online application filling process for 1010 regular posts of Principal, PGT, TGT, and Art teachers has been started from March 7, 2023. The last date to apply is April 6, 2023.

Educational Qualification
Master Degree/ B.Ed/ Bachelor Degree/ OSSTET/ CTET/ OTET
Candidates having a special B.Ed or D.Ed are not eligible for the post of PGT & TGT.
Age Range
For the post of Principal, candidates’ age should be less than 50 years and more than 32 years as on 01.01.2023. For other posts, the age limit is above 21 years and below 38 years. Reserved category candidates will be given relaxation as per the rules.
Selection Process
Candidates will be selected on the basis of their performance in Computer Based Test (CBT), Interview, and Performance Tests. An appropriate committee constituted by the Govt. reserves the right to fix cut-off marks in CBT and Interviews and criteria for shortlisting separately.
Salary
Principal – Rs 67,700
PGT – Rs 47,600
TGT/Art Teacher – Rs 44,900
