Age Limit
Candidates must be at least 15 years old and should not exceed 24 years of age as of December 14, 2023.
Educational Qualification
The applicant should have successfully completed the SSC/Matriculation/10th class examination or its equivalent (under the 10+2 examination system) with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate from a recognized Board. Additionally, the candidate must have obtained an ITI qualification in the relevant trade issued by NCVT/SCVT and recognized by the Government of India.
Selection Process
Eligible applicants will be selected for Apprentice Act, 1961 training based on a merit list, considering the average percentage of marks in Matriculation and ITI examination (both with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks). Shortlisted candidates, approximately 1.5 times the notified vacancies, will undergo document/certificate verification.
Application Fee
The application fee is Rs 100, but candidates from the SC/ST/PwBD/Women categories are exempt from payment.
Fees must be paid online through the ‘Payment Gateway’ available during the online Application Form submission process. Accepted payment methods include Debit Cards, Credit Cards, Internet Banking, and others.
